This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application and web experience known as Dream Interpreter AI (the "App"). The App is operated by LoadQ. For privacy questions, support, or data deletion requests, contact office@loadq.com.

1. What the App Does

Dream Interpreter AI is a dream journal and self-reflection app. It lets users write or record dreams, receive AI-assisted symbolic interpretations, generate dream-related imagery, save dream history, export dream reports, use additional interpretation lenses, chat about a saved dream, enable reminders, view ads in the free version, and purchase optional Premium subscriptions through Google Play.

2. Data We Collect or Process

Dream and journal content

• Dream text that you type into the App.
• Voice recordings when you choose to record a dream using the microphone.
• Transcriptions created from recorded audio.
• AI-generated dream titles, summaries, symbolic interpretations, emotional themes, integration prompts, additional interpretation lenses, image prompts, generated image URLs, and chat replies.
• Chat messages you send about a saved dream.
• Dream metadata such as date, selected mood, symbols, saved notes, and local app preferences.
• PDF/export content when you choose to create or share a dream report.

Account data

• If you sign in with Google, Firebase Authentication may provide your Firebase user ID, email address, display name, profile photo, sign-in provider, and authentication tokens needed to keep you signed in.
• When account sync is enabled, your saved dreams and related AI outputs are stored under your Firebase account so they can be restored across devices.

Usage, entitlement, purchase, advertising, and technical data

• Anonymous install ID or account ID used for quotas, abuse prevention, and service operation.
• Usage counters, reward credits, rewarded-ad sessions, monthly quota status, and Premium entitlement status.
• Google Play purchase tokens, product identifiers, subscription state, and entitlement dates used to verify Premium subscriptions. We do not receive full payment card details.
• Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, coarse location signals, ad interaction data, diagnostics, and similar data to provide and measure ads.
• Our backend and service providers may process IP address, request headers, timestamps, app/device identifiers, error logs, security events, and similar technical metadata to operate, secure, debug, and protect the App.

3. Permissions Used by the App

• Internet: required to connect to Firebase, backend services, AI providers, Google Play Billing, and AdMob.
• Microphone: used only when you choose to record a dream. Audio is processed to transcribe and analyze the dream.
• Notifications: used only if you enable dream journaling reminders. You can disable reminders or revoke notification permission in Android settings.
• Billing: used to offer and verify optional Premium subscriptions through Google Play.
• File/share features: used when you choose to save or share a PDF dream report from your device.

4. How We Use Data

• To provide dream recording, transcription, journaling, AI interpretation, image generation, chat, interpretation lenses, history, statistics, reminders, and PDF export.
• To sync saved dreams to your account when you sign in.
• To apply free, rewarded-ad, and Premium usage limits.
• To verify rewarded ads and Premium subscriptions.
• To show ads to non-Premium users and measure ad performance.
• To prevent fraud, quota abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized access.
• To debug errors, maintain reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

5. AI Processing

When you request transcription, dream interpretation, chat, additional interpretation lenses, or dream image generation, the relevant dream content may be sent to AI service providers. The App uses Google Gemini for text, audio, and chat-related AI features and KIE.ai for AI image generation. These providers process submitted content to return the requested output.

6. Storage, Sync, and Retention

• Local use without account: anonymous dreams and preferences may be stored locally on your device and can be lost if you uninstall the App, clear app data, change devices, or clear storage.
• Account sync: if you sign in, dreams and related outputs can be stored in Google Firebase/Firestore under your account.
• Backend records: quota, reward, billing verification, security, and diagnostic records may be stored on our Google Cloud/Firebase backend as needed to operate the App.
• Operational records may be retained as long as needed for service operation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, and audit purposes.

7. Third Parties We Use

• Google Firebase and Firestore: authentication, account data, cloud sync, and backend data storage.
• Google Cloud Run: backend API hosting and server-side processing.
• Google Gemini / Google AI services: transcription, dream interpretation, chat, and related AI text processing.
• KIE.ai: AI image generation from dream image prompts.
• Google AdMob: ads, rewarded ads, ad measurement, and reward verification.
• Google Play Billing: Premium subscription purchase, restoration, and verification.
• Device platform services: Android permissions, notifications, local file saving, and sharing when you use those features.

8. Ads and Premium

The free version of the App may show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads may be verified server-side before reward credits are granted. Premium users may receive an ad-free experience where technically available.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can choose not to sign in, not to use the microphone, not to enable notifications, not to watch rewarded ads, and not to purchase Premium. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise rights, contact office@loadq.com.

10. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS where applicable. Firebase Authentication, Firestore security rules, server-side entitlement checks, and backend verification are used to help protect account data, synced dreams, quotas, rewarded ads, and subscriptions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

11. Deletion Requests

To request deletion of account-associated data, email office@loadq.com with the subject "Dream Interpreter AI Data Deletion Request" and include the Google account email used in the App. We may need to verify ownership before deleting account-linked data.

12. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

13. Medical and Sensitive Content Notice

Dream Interpreter AI is a journaling and self-reflection tool. It is not a medical device, therapist, crisis service, diagnostic tool, or professional mental health service. Dream content may include sensitive personal information if you choose to enter it.

14. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, providers, laws, or Google Play requirements change. The "Last updated" date will show the latest version.
