Dream Interpreter AI - Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how users can request deletion of their Dream Interpreter AI account data. The app is operated by LoadQ. Contact: office@loadq.com.
How to request deletion
Send an email to office@loadq.com with the subject Dream Interpreter AI account deletion request.
Please send the request from the Google account email address you used to sign in to the app, or include that email address in your message. You do not need to send your password.
What data will be deleted
- Firebase account-linked app profile data.
- Saved dream journal entries stored in your account.
- Dream transcriptions, AI interpretations, symbols, chats, image prompts, generated image URLs, and related journal metadata stored under your account.
- Usage quota records, reward-credit records, and app entitlement records associated with your app account where deletion is technically and legally possible.
What may be retained
- Records that must be kept for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance may be retained for the required period.
- Google Play purchase and subscription records are managed by Google Play. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play.
- Aggregated analytics that no longer identifies you may remain in analytics systems.
Processing time
We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request if we cannot verify the account from the email address used.
